Senior Director of Finance Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Strategy & Operations - Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Finance's long-term strategic vision and transformation roadmaps
• Define and maintain Finance KPI frameworks and develop value realization frameworks
• Own the Finance operating cadence, including OKRs, annual planning, and prioritization processes

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Finance Transformation, or similar roles
• Proven success partnering with executive leadership teams, including C-level stakeholders
• Strong experience in performance management, operating models, and strategic planning
• Outstanding executive presence and ability to influence at the highest levels
• Deep experience defining KPIs, value frameworks, and performance dashboards
