Senior Director of Financial Modeling

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Corporate and Business Development Financial Modeling & Deal Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and modeling for mid- to large-scale M&A transactions and strategic investments
• Build and manage comprehensive financial models integrating revenue forecasts, cost structures, and capital planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess deal structures, conduct valuation analyses, and prepare financial summaries for executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, or portfolio management in the U.S. pharmaceutical industry
• CFA preferred
• 6-10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategic finance, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience in evaluating and modeling high-level M&A transactions and strategic deals
