A company is looking for a Sr Director, Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes across the organization
• Lead monthly financial close analytics and prepare executive-level reporting packages
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts while analyzing operating cash flow drivers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel expertise
• Strong understanding of GAAP and the healthcare regulatory environment
