Senior Director of Financial Planning
Job Summary
Leading the financial planning and analysis function, the full-time Senior Director of Financial Planning will drive strategic decisions through financial reporting, budgeting, and business analytics while collaborating closely with executive leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop the annual budget across all departments, achieving consolidated company targets
- Prepare materials for monthly leadership reviews and quarterly Board meetings, providing direct support to the CEO and CFO
- Lead a team in monthly P&L variance analysis and provide financial insights to support business initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related major
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, including 5 years in a leadership role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite preferred
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a remote environment
- Outstanding analytical skills with a track record of connecting data analysis to business outcomes
