Senior Director of Financial Systems

Job Summary

The fully remote Senior Director of Financial Systems will lead the implementation and operational excellence of the Oracle Cloud Financials platform, ensuring integration with finance operations and compliance with regulatory standards while managing vendor relationships and a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials, ensuring integration with adjacent enterprise systems
• Establish ITIL-aligned support frameworks and manage ongoing platform operations for financial systems
• Oversee data governance strategy for financial data integration and maintain regulatory compliance for the Oracle Financials platform

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5 years in a Director or Senior Director role managing enterprise financial applications
• Demonstrated experience leading at least two full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials
• Deep functional understanding of core Finance workflows across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
• Experience managing Systems Integrator relationships and enterprise software vendor contracts
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
