Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the EVP of Sales to achieve revenue, share, and profit growth objectives
• Develop and implement customer-specific plans while maintaining market balance
• Lead a team of salespersons and brokers, ensuring deep customer relationships and tracking sales progress

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 15 years of sales experience in the food service business
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field
• Experience in both direct and broker sales models
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Experience in a key leadership role within a sales organization servicing multiple distribution channels
