Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the long-range planning process ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and scenario analyses to support business planning and decision-making
• Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and analysis to executive leadership and the Board of Directors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills
• Proven track record of strategic financial leadership in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Experience with Oracle ERP and advanced proficiency in Excel
