Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to provide financial insights and analysis for effective business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all reporting requirements, including monthly investor reports and financial leadership reporting
• Drive the budget and rolling forecast process by collaborating with delivery, sales, and operations teams
• Utilize data analysis to proactively advise management on performance improvement and risk management

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A within high growth, service-based organizations
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; MBA is a plus
• Preferred experience with private equity, including comprehensive monthly and board reporting
• Experience with financial modeling, diligence, and integration
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
