Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan process and quarterly forecasting cycles to align with corporate objectives
• Provide in-depth analysis of financial results and develop key performance indicators for business evaluation
• Mentor and develop the global FP&A team while managing workload and professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in ~$500M+ ARR B2B SaaS companies
• Experience using AI for financial analysis and reporting
• Deep expertise in SaaS business models and financial operations
• Experience in a private equity-backed environment preferred
