Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial planning and analysis strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling efforts
• Oversee complex financial modeling for mergers, acquisitions, and large capital investments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 12-15+ years of finance experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for strategic modeling and analysis
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and financial compliance
• Experience leading ERP transformations and financial reporting platforms
