Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to provide financial insights and analysis for effective business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all reporting requirements, including monthly investor reports and financial leadership reporting
• Drive the budget and rolling forecast process, collaborating with various teams for accurate financial outlooks
• Utilize data analysis to advise management on performance improvement and risk minimization

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, with 2-5 years in a leadership role
• Prior experience in a private equity-backed environment
• Experience in M&A
• Experience in a Professional or Managed Services organization
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
