Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (GTM).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the financial strategy, planning, and performance management for the go-to-market organization
• Lead top-line forecasting and ensure accuracy in reporting customer count and ARR metrics
• Build and scale a high-performing FP&A team while partnering cross-functionally to align financial and operational planning

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of FP&A experience, particularly in supporting GTM or Sales functions in a SaaS environment
• 5+ years of experience in people management, including building and scaling finance teams
• Proven track record in owning top-line forecasting and managing complex budgets
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
