Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

Leading the financial planning and analysis function, the full-time salaried Senior Director of FP&A will own the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while managing a team of Finance Business Partners and Senior Financial Analysts, with a focus on strategic decision-making and AI transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company strategy
• Lead financial statement reporting and prepare quarterly reviews for the Board of Directors
• Mentor and develop Finance Business Partners, fostering a high-performance culture

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of owning full P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting
• Experience presenting financial results to board-level or C-suite audiences
• Background in supporting or leading a company through an exit, IPO, or M&A process
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA is ideal but not required
