Job Summary
Owning the annual planning and forecasting processes, the full-time Senior Director of FP&A will serve as the primary financial partner to the executive team, building scalable FP&A infrastructure and leading a high-performing team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive alignment across departments on headcount, OPEX, and revenue assumptions through the annual planning and quarterly forecasting process
- Deliver board-ready financial packages and lead investment frameworks as the primary financial business partner to the executive team
- Build and maintain the company's long-range financial model, tracking key metrics like ARR and CAC/LTV across customer segments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of corporate finance experience with at least 4 years in a senior FP&A leadership role in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of SaaS unit economics and exceptional financial modeling skills
- Proven ability to build and lead mature FP&A functions with strong process rigor
- Experience owning company-wide planning cycles, including annual operating plans and board reporting
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex financial dynamics clearly
