Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

As the Senior Director of FP&A and Commercial Enablement, the full-time remote position will manage financial leadership and commercial enablement, partnering with senior executives to drive growth through strategic financial guidance, operational modeling, and decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior finance partner to executive leadership, providing insights on growth priorities, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution
• Lead financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions, resource allocation, and margin expansion across various revenue streams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on commercial governance, improve financial processes, and deliver executive-level narratives for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role in a relevant industry
• Proven experience in forecasting, pricing, profitability analysis, and go-to-market strategies
• Strong background in leading complex business modeling and influencing cross-functional decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead high-performing teams in dynamic environments
