Job Summary

To connect product strategy and financial performance, the full-time salaried Senior Director of FP&A will manage financial planning and analysis for Product and Professional Services, ensuring alignment with corporate standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary FP&A business partner for Product and Professional Services leadership, integrating financial narratives with strategic priorities
• Own planning, forecasting, and performance management for Product and Professional Services, ensuring alignment with Corporate FP&A standards
• Build and maintain product-line economic models, analyzing metrics such as gross margin, utilization, and implementation capacity to drive financial recommendations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or healthcare technology
• Experience partnering with senior executives on planning, investment cases, and capacity management
• Strong command of financial modeling, capacity planning, and services margin analysis
• Ability to translate operational complexity into clear financial recommendations
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative and outcome-oriented approach
