Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

Leading financial strategy and commercial enablement, the full-time Senior Director of FP&A will partner with senior leadership to drive growth initiatives, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance financial decision-making in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior finance partner to key executives, providing guidance on growth priorities and product economics
• Lead complex financial modeling to support investment decisions and resource allocation across various revenue streams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize commercial finance processes and improve decision-making frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role in a relevant industry
• Proven experience in forecasting, pricing, and profitability analysis, partnering with senior leaders
• Strong track record in business modeling and influencing cross-functional decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and develop scalable frameworks in dynamic environments
