Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

As the Senior Director of FP&A in a full-time remote role, the candidate will provide financial leadership and commercial enablement for Gracenote, partnering with senior executives to drive growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and financial governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior finance partner to executive leadership, providing insights on growth priorities and product economics
• Lead commercial transformation initiatives to enhance pricing, forecasting, and financial accountability for scalable growth
• Oversee complex financial modeling to support investment decisions and improve revenue visibility

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role within a SaaS or technology company
• Proven experience in commercial finance transformation, pricing strategy, and forecasting
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial concepts to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams
