Leading financial planning and analysis initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of FP&A will modernize forecasting and budgeting processes while partnering with senior leadership in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting with a focus on operational alignment

Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A or operational finance, including team leadership
- Proven retail experience with a strong understanding of unit economics and margins

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
