Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the remote Senior Director of FP&A will lead planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and board-level reporting while building the financial infrastructure necessary for scaling the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan and lead monthly forecasting processes, monitoring performance against budget and identifying risks and opportunities
• Deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analysis and actionable insights for executive decision-making
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, supporting headcount planning, compensation analysis, and sales planning initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A or related analytical roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
• Deep expertise in SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, GRR, and LTV:CAC
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in FP&A platforms preferred
• Experience preparing and presenting materials for executive leadership and board of directors
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; additional qualifications like an MBA or CPA are a plus
