Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

To lead enterprise financial planning and analysis initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of FP&A will manage budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management while collaborating with executive and operational leaders in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Company's enterprise FP&A function and oversee the annual budgeting process
• Lead cash flow forecasting and treasury management, optimizing cash management practices
• Serve as a strategic financial partner to business leaders, providing insights and analysis for decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA required
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, particularly in FP&A and financial analysis
• Experience in defense/government contracting, including knowledge of FAR and DFARS
• Proficiency with CostPoint/Deltek or similar government-contracting ERP systems
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and enterprise-level budgeting processes
