Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

Leading strategic finance initiatives, the full-time salaried Senior Director of FP&A will serve as a key finance partner for the B2B SaaS business, focusing on revenue growth, investment strategies, and performance management while overseeing a globally distributed FP&A team.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into financial plans, forecasts, and targets for the Studio Fitness and Beauty verticals
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align financial performance with operational goals and stakeholder priorities
• Own revenue forecasting and performance management, ensuring clarity in the connection between financial results and commercial performance

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, with a focus on revenue and go-to-market support
• 3+ years of experience in people leadership, demonstrating the ability to develop effective finance teams
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS economics, including subscription models and unit economics
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis, with the ability to communicate insights effectively
• Experience with enterprise planning and reporting systems, along with a perspective on AI and automation in finance workflows
