Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

Leading the financial planning and analysis function for the Central Technology Organization, the full-time Senior Director of FP&A will manage financial health, planning, and technology investments while serving as a strategic finance partner to the CTO and engineering leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support forecasting, annual budget planning, and executive presentations for the VP of Corporate FP&A
• Deliver actionable financial guidance on engineering resource allocation, cost efficiencies, and cloud infrastructure
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual Technology P&L reviews and manage cost budgets across the Central Technology Office

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of related finance experience, preferably in the digital media industry
• 5+ years of management experience in FP&A or financial operations with a focus on technology and cloud
• Strong understanding of cloud services business models and pricing strategies
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted productivity and analytical tools for financial modeling and forecasting
