Senior Director of FP&A
Job Summary
To support strategic financial leadership, the remote Senior Director of FP&A will manage the development of analytics, reporting, and systems infrastructure to drive data-driven decision-making within a SaaS-based business model, focusing on key financial metrics such as bookings, billings, and customer retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and scale reporting on financial metrics, providing actionable insights for stakeholders
- Develop financial models and conduct in-depth analysis to support strategic planning and forecasting
- Partner with Business Systems to create a centralized data repository and optimize financial systems for data integrity
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, or business systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
- Experience in a private equity-backed SaaS company preferred
- Strong understanding of subscription and ARR/MRR metrics, especially in K-12 or public sector software markets
- Exceptional financial modeling skills and experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI
