Job Summary
Building a book of business in the franchise category, the full-time Senior Director of Franchise will define the go-to-market strategy, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and drive customer acquisition across various industries in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Bridge's presence in the franchise market by identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities
- Build a sales pipeline through proactive outbound efforts, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate marketing teams, ad funds, and agency partners to align Bridge's platform with client growth objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales, preferably in martech, adtech, or data
- Demonstrable track record of net-new business development with experience in opening categories and landing logos
- Deep understanding of the franchise/multi-location landscape, including franchisor-franchisee dynamics
- Fluency in data-driven marketing, identity, and attribution, with the ability to sell platform value
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders
