Senior Director of Fraud Management
Job Summary
Leading the Fraud & Abuse function, the full-time remote Senior Director of Fraud Management will develop and execute a multi-year strategy to protect customers and enable business growth through advanced analytics, machine learning, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead the execution of Zip US's multi-year Fraud & Abuse strategy, aligning business priorities with operational capabilities
- Oversee cross-functional activities related to fraud prevention, detection, investigation, and abuse management
- Enhance fraud intelligence capabilities and drive continuous improvement in fraud loss performance while maintaining customer experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, data science, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of leadership experience in fraud, financial crimes, risk operations, or related fields
- 8+ years of experience leading large-scale fraud strategy and operational organizations
- Demonstrated experience implementing machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics
- Professional certifications such as CFE, CAMS, or equivalent are highly desirable
