Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction of the Fresh Grocery division, the full-time Senior Director of Fresh Grocery (Produce, Meat & Seafood) will manage P&L responsibilities, drive growth and profitability, and oversee vendor relations and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial performance of the Fresh division, managing sales, margin contribution, and profitability targets
- Direct vendor management and procurement, ensuring fulfillment rates and quality compliance
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Merchandising, Field Operations, and Supply Chain for unified commercial goals
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of leadership experience in grocery retail or fresh food operations, with 3+ years in high-volume Fresh categories
- Extensive experience in vendor management, strategic contract negotiation, and SLA enforcement in the fresh food sector
- Proven track record managing full P&L performance for complex fresh business lines
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership within matrixed corporate environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness, or related field; MBA preferred
