Job Summary

Driving the adoption of automation within the compliance analyst organization, the full-time Senior Director of Fulfillment Operations will lead a team in transforming operational models, managing performance metrics, and enhancing quality assurance processes in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of automation tools and track performance metrics related to compliance filings
• Lead the compliance analyst team, establishing standards, managing performance, and facilitating talent transformation
• Build and maintain a cost-per-filing measurement system, ensuring accountability for SLA attainment and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership experience, including 3+ years managing manager-level teams in high-volume environments
• Proven track record in driving automation adoption and managing organizational change
• Experience in organizational transformation, including role redesign and performance standard resets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop operational measurement systems
• Compliance filing experience preferred, with a focus on automation and transformation leadership from adjacent industries welcome
