Senior Director of Fund Administration

Job Summary

Overseeing the end-to-end fund accounting function for real estate private credit clients, the full-time Senior Director of Fund Administration will manage a team of accounting leaders, drive customer satisfaction, and lead strategic projects to enhance the fund administration service remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the fund accounting function, including NAV calculations, financial statement preparation, and fee/carry calculations
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and revenue growth
• Lead strategic projects related to automation, reporting, and new service offerings while ensuring high-quality deliverables

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of private equity fund accounting experience with a fund administrator
• 5+ years of experience managing and coaching high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Deep understanding of complex accounting transactions and private equity investment structures
• Passion for technology and experience in a hyper-growth, startup environment
