Senior Director of Fund Administration

Job Summary

To support the growth of Juniper Square's fund administration service, the full-time Senior Director of Fund Administration will oversee the accounting deliverables for real estate private credit clients, manage a team of accounting leaders, and drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end fund accounting function, including NAV calculations and financial statement preparation
• Build and grow relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
• Lead strategic projects related to automation, reporting, and new service offerings while acting as a subject area expert

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of private equity fund accounting experience with a focus on fund-level accounting and reporting
• 5+ years of experience managing and coaching high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Deep understanding of complex accounting transactions and private equity investment structures
• Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and improving business operations
