Job Summary
Leading the financial reporting and close process for LFM-managed funds, the full-time Senior Director of Fund Finance will ensure accurate and timely financial statements, oversee third-party service providers, and manage audits and compliance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead quarterly and annual financial reporting and close processes across multiple funds, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial statements
- Manage relationships with third-party financial service providers, overseeing performance and resolving discrepancies
- Coordinate financial reporting and audit activities, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, fund finance, or financial reporting
- Experience leading quarterly and annual close processes for multiple investment funds
- Strong understanding of fund financial lifecycle and investment fund accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial analysis and reporting
