Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director Diagnostic Genomics Sales for the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the DG Sales team to achieve sales objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies while monitoring market conditions
  • Oversee team performance, provide training, and ensure compliance with company policies


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Biology, Business, or Marketing; Master's preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in sales, with at least 7+ years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in NGS, molecular diagnostics, or genetics
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
