Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director Diagnostic Genomics Sales for the Northeast region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the DG Sales team to achieve sales objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies while monitoring market conditions
- Oversee team performance, provide training, and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Biology, Business, or Marketing; Master's preferred
- 12+ years of experience in sales, with at least 7+ years in a supervisory role
- Experience in NGS, molecular diagnostics, or genetics
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a sales team
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
