Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director Diagnostic Genomics Sales, Midatlantic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the DG Sales team to achieve sales objectives and develop business plans
  • Mentor and develop Regional Account Executives while ensuring compliance with sales strategies and market conditions
  • Monitor sales activities, employee productivity, and report on sales metrics to senior management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Biology, Business, or Marketing; Master's preferred
  • 12+ years of related experience, including 7+ years in a supervisory customer-facing sales role in a medical or healthcare field
  • Experience with NGS, molecular diagnostics, or genetics
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (Salesforce.com or equivalent), and understanding of sales methodologies
