Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Global Content Delivery, Games.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional content delivery teams and collaborate with support functions for localization and VO
• Support Sales in meeting revenue targets and manage the content P&L to achieve customer-margin goals
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and address issues proactively while overseeing content forecasts and budget planning

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in providing world-class content delivery for games
• Strong knowledge of globalization and localization processes, tools, and issues
• Experience managing teams and a process-oriented business
• Established leadership experience with a passion for growing diverse teams
• University degree in language, game development, or program management preferred
