Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Partnerships & Alliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for partners and Global Partner Account Managers
• Develop and execute comprehensive global account strategies aligned with company goals
• Identify new growth opportunities within partner accounts and manage account plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• 12+ years of experience in Partnerships & Alliances and business development
• 12+ years of team leadership and management experience
• Strong operational leadership with a track record of scaling partner programs
• Deep understanding of the AI and software technology landscape
