Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy execution, driving dashboards, analytics, and governance
• Oversee global project management capability development, including training and certification
• Drive business process optimization and governance, ensuring financial oversight and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; AI literacy preferred
• 15+ years in Project/Program Management or global transformation roles, with PMO experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading operational standardization and capability building programs
• Experience in PM and Lean methodologies, digital PM tools, and data analytics
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget and cost management
