Job Summary
Guiding the RedSky Go-to-Market organization through its next phase of growth, the full-time Senior Director of Go-to-Market will lead multiple customer-facing functions, create and execute an integrated GTM strategy, and drive revenue growth and customer retention in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Directors across RedSky's customer-facing functions
- Create and execute an integrated GTM strategy aligned with business objectives
- Drive revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in B2B SaaS or related industries
- Significant experience leading multiple Director-level direct reports
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing GTM strategies
- Strong understanding of complex, channel-driven sales organizations
