Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a holistic product growth strategy focused on user activation, retention, and expansion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver impactful initiatives
• Design and implement growth loops and reward systems to enhance user engagement and retention

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Growth roles within high-growth SaaS environments
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing Product Managers or growth teams
• Proven track record in designing growth loops and optimizing user engagement
• Deep experience with SaaS B2B2C business models and scaling customer networks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
