Key Responsibilities

• Own acquisition, activation, and retention strategy across all paid channels and lifecycle surfaces
• Define and scale differentiated growth approaches for Brands, Creators, and Shoppers
• Establish metrics, KPIs, and frameworks to drive clarity and accountability across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in growth, performance marketing, or lifecycle roles with revenue-driving outcomes
• Experience owning acquisition and retention together at scale
• Experience operating across multiple customer segments or business lines
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in growth metrics and cohort analysis
• Proven ability to influence product direction and GTM strategy
