Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to streamline growth team operations
• Own growth model forecasting and maintain complex SQL queries for data analysis
• Lead customer lifecycle strategy and oversee paid media and affiliate programs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth disciplines including paid acquisition, CRO, and analytics
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries independently
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows integrated into repeatable systems
• Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Segment, Iterable, and VWO
• Experience in a B2C subscription company is essential
