Leading paid acquisition strategy and performance, the full-time Senior Director of Growth will manage growth across Meta, Google Search, and other channels, focusing on customer acquisition efficiency and media buying systems in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across multiple channels
  • Optimize media buying systems, including campaign structure and budget allocation
  • Enhance reporting infrastructure and attribution systems for improved decision-making
Required qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in growth leadership at scaled DTC brands or performance marketing
  • Deep expertise in managing significant paid media budgets across Meta and Google
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance data and attribution models
  • Hands-on mentality with a desire to engage directly in campaign performance
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics teams
