Job Summary
Leading paid acquisition strategy and performance, the full-time Senior Director of Growth will manage growth across Meta, Google Search, and other channels, focusing on customer acquisition efficiency and media buying systems in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across multiple channels
- Optimize media buying systems, including campaign structure and budget allocation
- Enhance reporting infrastructure and attribution systems for improved decision-making
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in growth leadership at scaled DTC brands or performance marketing
- Deep expertise in managing significant paid media budgets across Meta and Google
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance data and attribution models
- Hands-on mentality with a desire to engage directly in campaign performance
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics teams
