Leading the growth strategy for the Financial Products & Earnings vertical, the full-time Senior Director of Growth will manage multi-channel marketing efforts, oversee a significant budget, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user acquisition and retention in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Discover, test, and scale growth channels while formulating digital strategies based on data-driven insights

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Fintech-specific growth or performance marketing experience

- Proficiency in performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads and Meta
- High proficiency in data modeling and analysis, including ROAS forecasting
