Job Summary
Driving growth and engagement across the Yahoo Sports product portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Growth will oversee the adoption of products, manage the subscription business, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Manage portfolio growth and engagement strategies for Yahoo Fantasy, Fandom & Community, and Content & Editorial
- Own and grow the Yahoo Fantasy+ subscription business, focusing on conversion, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to integrate growth initiatives into product development from inception
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management or growth, particularly with consumer-facing digital products
- Proven track record in driving user engagement, adoption, and retention across multiple products
- Experience managing a subscription or D2C business with a focus on revenue accountability
- Strong understanding of in-product growth strategies, including onboarding and engagement loops
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct control
