Job Summary
To drive enterprise expansion and high-quality pipeline creation, the full-time remote Senior Director of Growth Marketing will own the growth marketing strategy for CoLab's top 100 customer and prospect accounts, collaborating closely with sales and customer success teams while executing tailored campaigns and integrated account plays.
Key responsibilities
- Own expansion and new business pipeline creation across CoLab's top 100 customer and prospect accounts, ensuring pipeline quality and progression
- Build and implement CoLab's major account growth marketing strategy, testing account-specific plays and developing repeatable programs
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to identify high-potential account opportunities and create marketing plans for enterprise-wide relevance
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, particularly in enterprise ABM, demand generation, or strategic account growth
- Proven track record of influencing pipeline targets for complex, high-ASP enterprise accounts
- Strong commercial judgment with an understanding of enterprise opportunity creation and progression
- Ability to engage effectively with senior revenue leaders and collaborate with account teams
- Proficient in transforming ambiguous account opportunities into actionable plans for cross-functional teams
