Key responsibilities

• Lead Jasper's integrated growth strategy across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and account-based marketing
• Run enterprise marketing programs that enhance customer engagement and accelerate pipeline generation
• Use data analytics to evaluate funnel performance and optimize marketing investments for improved conversion

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or revenue marketing, particularly in enterprise sales
• Proven track record in building pipeline through integrated digital and field marketing programs
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, website optimization, and modern growth strategies
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales on account strategy and revenue planning
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and funnel performance improvement
