Job Summary

Senior Director of Growth Partnerships is a full-time remote position responsible for leading complex growth initiatives and strategic partnerships to advance the company's commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and advance company scale growth initiatives aligned with long-term strategy
  • Lead complex sales cycles and manage relationships with C-suite executives across strategic customers
  • Translate market needs into actionable growth strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in complex healthcare growth environments
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in developing high-performing teams
  • Proven success in leading large, nonstandard, multi-stakeholder commercial opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and influence senior executive audiences
