Senior Director of GSOC Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, GSOC Practice Leader to shape and scale modern Global Security Operations Center programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to support strategic enterprise opportunities by providing GSOC expertise
• Drive customer retention and expansion through advisory workshops and strategic refresh sessions
• Elevate market credibility by representing the company at industry events and contributing to thought leadership

Required Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of leadership experience in Global Security Operations or GSOC management
• Direct experience leading or transforming a GSOC within a large global enterprise
• Familiarity with technology ecosystems that support modern GSOCs
• Proven success in designing and scaling 24/7 operations and developing SOPs and KPIs
• Experience in enterprise SaaS environments or security technology deployment at scale preferred
