Senior Director of GTM Intelligence

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on analytics and insights, the hybrid Senior Director of GTM Intelligence will oversee the integration of AI in reporting processes, ensuring accurate data delivery for the Revenue organization while collaborating with executive-level partners across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of reporting, analytics, and insights for the Revenue organization
• Determine the role of AI and automation in analytics, balancing it with human judgment
• Establish data and metric standards to ensure consistency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in analytics, data, or revenue operations, with experience in leading teams
• Proven experience in utilizing AI or automation in analytics and reporting
• Track record of building or scaling analytics functions in complex organizations
• Hands-on experience with SQL, BigQuery, and familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
