Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Guest Experience to oversee the execution and operational effectiveness of guest experience across retail locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee execution of guest experience standards to ensure consistency and quality across all stores
  • Monitor guest experience performance metrics and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Partner with field leadership to address execution gaps and embed guest experience priorities into store workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Retail Management, Operations, or a related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in Guest Experience, Store Operations, or multi-unit retail leadership
  • Experience influencing store execution in complex, multi-location retail environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority
