Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, HCP Marketing to lead healthcare professional engagement strategies for a novel mental health treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted HCP and consumer marketing strategies
• Create educational content and promotional materials for HCP audiences
• Lead omnichannel marketing strategy to deliver personalized HCP experiences

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharma/biotech marketing experience, preferably in CNS/psychiatry
• Proven track record in developing successful HCP marketing strategies
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred
• Strong expertise in omnichannel marketing and medical marketing in regulated environments
• Experience collaborating with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access in launch environments
